What problem do you strive to overcome?

Problem: Sometimes clients feel overwhelmed by their emotions or situations and do not always have the proper ways to express themselves. Going to therapy may seem like an intimidating process but also one that can provide some answers.

Solution: I utilize a psychodynamic yet individualized approach throughout the therapeutic process to accommodate each client’s unique experience, needs, and goals for therapy. As each individual comes in with unique concerns, their sessions and experience should match.

Result: I strive to create a safe and welcoming environment in hopes to create a therapeutic relationship with each client while fostering trust and commitment throughout the extent of working together. With this approach, the goal is to allow the client to feel comfortable enough to share in their vulnerabilities and allow healing to happen organically while also finding growth within themselves for their overall well-being.

More than just my work:
  1. "We don't stop playing because we grow old; we grow old because we stop playing." - George Bernard Shaw
  2. I used to play softball and continued my career all the way through college- I find joy in going out and taking swings in the cages off the tee with some music playing in my airpods when I feel like clearing my head or needing to do some deep thinking.
  3. Although I am not an expert at it, I enjoy baking in the kitchen and trying new recipes to see what delicious treats I can create.
