Starting therapy can feel daunting, whether it’s your first time or something you’re returning to. Reaching out for support takes courage, especially during moments of overwhelm, sadness, stress, or anxiety.
I take a client-centered, collaborative approach to meet you exactly where you are. Together, we’ll create a space that feels safe, supportive, and aligned with your goals. My work is rooted in helping you better understand yourself, strengthen your relationships, and move toward meaningful, lasting change.
I strive to foster an environment where you can feel more connected and congruent within yourself. I value building a strong therapeutic relationship, celebrating your progress along the way, and empowering you to live more authentically and fully.

More Than Just My Work
“Owning our story is the bravest thing we’ll ever do.” — Brené Brown
Reading has always been a source of comfort for me. I love how stories can transport us into different worlds while helping us better understand ourselves. Recently, I’ve also taken up embroidery. It’s taught me patience and presence, and there’s something incredibly fulfilling about watching time and effort transform into something meaningful.
