Starting therapy can sometimes feel overwhelming or uncertain.
My goal is to create a supportive, welcoming space where you feel truly heard and understood. Together, we explore your experiences, build practical strategies, and uncover your strengths in a way that feels manageable and empowering. I work with you from where you are, helping you move toward the growth and change you’re seeking.
I provide a safe and empathetic environment where clients feel supported, heard, and understood. Through our work together, clients gain clarity, develop practical strategies, and strengthen self-awareness. They can begin to navigate life’s challenges with greater confidence, resilience, and a sense of empowerment in their own journey.
I earned my Master’s in Counseling with an LPCC emphasis from Chapman University. My experience includes working in schools and private practice, helping clients explore patterns in their lives, develop coping strategies, and strengthen self-awareness. I have previous experience working at a University Counseling Center, providing psychotherapy to college students experiencing anxiety, depression, and adjustment challenges. Prior to that, I worked as a school counselor, supporting middle and high school students in both academic and social-emotional development.
