Jenn Davenport, AMFT

Many individuals, especially those with chronic pain, teenagers, and parents navigating identity struggles, can feel disconnected from their sense of self or trapped in cycles of stress. They may feel misunderstood or frustrated by their challenges and unsure how to begin making meaningful changes in their lives.

Solution: I use a person-centered approach, incorporating polyvagal theory to help clients reconnect with their bodies and emotions. Together, we work on building awareness of how stress and emotions manifest physically, and explore ways to restore a sense of safety and control.

Result: My goal is to provide a compassionate, individualized space where clients feel heard and supported. By focusing on their unique needs and creating an environment that fosters regulation, they can begin to navigate their challenges with more ease, resilience, and self-compassion.

Experience: Jenn is a BBS Registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist and a Pepperdine graduate with a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology focused on Marriage and Family Therapy. More than just my work

"We’re all just walking each other home,” – Ram Dass

I’m passionate about creating a space where clients can show up just as they are—whether they’re feeling confident or uncertain, energized or overwhelmed. I believe healing starts by listening to both body and mind, and together we can discover what you need to feel safe, strong, and whole again.

Outside of therapy, I find balance through humor, healthy cooking, spending time with loved ones, and taking lessons from my dog about the power of presence. Life’s not about perfection; it’s about embracing the messiness.”
